Our drive-thru is open 24 hours a day, so you can drop off before we open, after we close, or whenever you’re short on time.
One thing we need from you: please label your bag. An unlabeled bag has no name and no phone number on it, which means we can’t tell whose clothes they are or how you want them cleaned.
Every Bag Needs a Name and Phone Number
If your bag has no label, we can't check it in, we can't start cleaning it, and we have no way to call you. It will sit and wait until someone comes looking for it.
Writing two lines on your bag takes ten seconds and saves you a trip.
What to Write on Your Bag
Bag Label Checklist
- Your name — first and last. Required.
- Your phone number — the best number to reach you. Required.
- Dry clean or laundry — tell us which one you want.
- Starch preference — none, light, medium, or heavy.
- Special notes — stains, delicate fabrics, special buttons, repairs, or anything that needs extra care.

A permanent marker on the bag works. So does a tag, an index card, or a piece of paper safety-pinned to the outside. We just need to be able to read it.

Don’t have one yet? Any bag works for tonight — a grocery bag, a trash bag, a pillowcase. Just make sure your name and phone number are on the outside where we can see them.

What Happens to an Unlabeled Bag
We hold it, but we can’t do anything with it until we know whose it is.
- We can't start cleaning, because we don't know whether you want dry cleaning or laundry, or how much starch.
- We can't call you, because there's no number on the bag.
- Your order sits unprocessed, so it misses same-day and any deadline you had in mind.
- If you think you left an unlabeled bag, call us and describe what's inside — we'll look for it.
Good to Know
We Check Every Pocket
We check the pockets of every item before cleaning, because the little things matter.
- Everyday items we find are placed in a paper bag and returned with your next order.
- If we find something urgent — a phone, credit card, ID, or personal information — we call you as soon as possible. This only works if your phone number is on the bag.
